At Foundrs, we always provide a plain-English summary so that busy founders can quickly understand what they're signing up for. We recommend you read the full Terms below, but this summary is here to help. It is provided for convenience only, does not form part of, or vary, these Terms of Service, and the full Terms remain the legally binding version.

What FOUNDRS is.: An AI-powered platform for UK company formation and ongoing compliance. We're a regulated ACSP supervised for AML purposes - not a law firm, and not a substitute for professional advice.
You must verify your identity.: We use Onfido to carry out mandatory identity checks before incorporation. No verification, no service. We may also decline or suspend if we have AML concerns - and we can't always tell you why.
Registered office.: Delivered in partnership with Hoxton Mix. We share your KYC records with them to satisfy their own legal obligations as a registered TCSP. Their terms also apply. If you stop paying, we can take the statutory steps available to remove our address from your company's Companies House record - at your cost, and we're not liable for the knock-on effect on your business or mail.
Partner referrals.: We may refer you to relevant third-party services (banking, accounting, insurance, etc.) and earn a referral fee. These are referrals, not endorsements. Any contract is between you and that partner.
Fees and cancellation.: Incorporation fees are non-refundable once submitted to Companies House. Subscriptions auto-renew; cancel any time in settings. We give 30 days' notice of price changes to your active plan. Advertised prices can change at any time before you buy.
Accuracy is on you.: We file what you tell us. If information you provide is wrong, any correction costs are yours. We give you a review step before every submission.
Our liability is limited.: Capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months (min. £100). We're not liable for Companies House decisions, AI output errors, or partner dealings.

Terms of Service in full

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using FOUNDRS. They form a legally binding agreement between you and us.

By creating a FOUNDRS account or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

These Terms apply to all users of the Website and the Services, including visitors, registered account holders, and customers who have taken out a paid subscription or one-off service.

In these Terms, the following words have the meanings set out below:

"Account" means the user account you register with FOUNDRS to access the Services.
"Agreement" means these Terms of Service together with any Order Confirmation, schedule, or addendum expressly incorporated by reference.
"Companies House" means the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, as applicable.
"Content" means any text, data, documents, or other material you upload, submit, or otherwise provide to FOUNDRS in connection with the Services.
"Fees" means the charges payable by you for the Services as set out in our pricing pages or an Order Confirmation.
"FOUNDRS", "we", "us", "our" means Foundrs Holdings (UK) Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16342410).
"Intellectual Property Rights" means patents, trade marks, service marks, trade names, domain names, copyrights, design rights, database rights, know-how, and all other intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, anywhere in the world.
"Order Confirmation" means the written or in-app confirmation we issue when you purchase a specific Service.
"Partner" means a third-party product or service provider introduced to you through the FOUNDRS platform.
"Services" means the incorporation services, registered office services, company secretarial services, compliance management services, and any other services we make available through the Website or the FOUNDRS app, as described in section 4.
"Subscription" means a recurring paid plan giving you access to specified Services for a defined period.
"User" means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Website or the Services.
"Website" means foundrs.ai and any subdomains or successor URLs operated by FOUNDRS.
