What we collect.: We collect the information needed to incorporate your company and keep it compliant - your name, address, ID documents, and company details. We also collect standard website usage data.
Why we hold it.: To provide our services, meet our legal AML/KYC obligations as a regulated ACSP, file documents with Companies House, and send you compliance reminders. Some retention periods are set by law (typically seven years) and we cannot shorten them.
Who we share it with.: Companies House and HMRC (required by law); Onfido (identity verification); Hoxton Mix (registered office services, including sharing KYC records they need to meet their own AML obligations); and technology providers under strict data processing agreements. We also refer you to relevant business service partners - but only when you actively express interest, and we never share your ID documents or AML records for that purpose.
We never sell your data.: Full stop.
Your rights.: You can access, correct, or delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements). Email privacy@foundrs.ai. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Future: verification status sharing.: We may in future tell selected partners that we have verified your identity (a "yes/no" confirmation) without sharing the underlying documents. We will give you notice before doing this.

This Privacy Policy explains how Foundrs Holdings (UK) Limited ("FOUNDRS", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal data. It applies to everyone who visits our website at foundrs.ai (the "Website") and to everyone who registers for and uses our incorporation and business management services (the "Services").

We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16342410) with our registered office at 159 High Street, Barnet, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, EN5 5SU. Our parent company is Foundrs Holdings Limited, incorporated in Cyprus (HE472617).

We are registered as an Authorised Corporate Service Provider ("ACSP") and are supervised for anti-money laundering ("AML") purposes. This means some of our data collection and retention obligations are set by law, not just by us.
